Do I need an internet connection?
Yes, Spexa requires an active internet connection to communicate with our AI tutors and provide real-time feedback.
What English level do I need?
Spexa works for all levels, from beginners to advanced learners. Our AI adapts to your current level and helps you progress at your own pace.
How do I start a conversation?
Open the app, choose a topic that interests you, and tap the microphone button to start speaking. The AI will respond and guide the conversation while providing helpful corrections.
Can I track my progress?
Yes! Spexa tracks your speaking time, vocabulary growth, listening hours, and learning streaks. Check your progress dashboard to see how much you've improved.
Subscriptions & Billing
How much does Spexa cost?
Spexa offers various subscription plans at up to 50x cheaper than traditional tutors. View current pricing in the app or on the App Store.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select Spexa
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
You can also manage subscriptions directly in the App Store app.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit
reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Find your Spexa purchase and request a refund. Learn more about Apple's refund policy

When will I be charged?
You'll be charged at the end of any free trial period, and then at the start of each subscription period (weekly, monthly, or yearly depending on your plan). Charges appear on your Apple ID account.
Technical Support
The app isn't recognizing my voice. What should I do?
- Make sure Spexa has microphone permission (Settings → Spexa → Microphone)
- Check that your device isn't on silent mode
- Speak clearly and ensure there's not too much background noise
- Try closing and reopening the app
- Restart your device
If the issue persists, contact us at

The app is crashing or freezing
- Make sure you have the latest version of Spexa from the App Store
- Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version
- Close other apps running in the background
- Delete and reinstall the app (your progress is saved to your account)

I can't log in to my account
- Make sure you're using the correct login method (Apple ID or Google Account)
- Check your internet connection
- Try logging out and back in
- If you signed up with Apple, make sure you're using the same Apple ID

How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, email us at
privacy@spexa.space with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We'll process your request within 30 days. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
