How much does Spexa cost?
Spexa offers various subscription plans at up to 50x cheaper than traditional tutors. View current pricing in the app or on the App Store.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription: You can also manage subscriptions directly in the App Store app.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Find your Spexa purchase and request a refund. Learn more about Apple's refund policy here.
When will I be charged?
You'll be charged at the end of any free trial period, and then at the start of each subscription period (weekly, monthly, or yearly depending on your plan). Charges appear on your Apple ID account.

How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, email us at privacy@spexa.space with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We'll process your request within 30 days. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
